Processing Fee:
Basic $70.00 with hide
Butcher Cut $115.00 (as you would find beef broken down by muscle group suck as top and bottom round, serloin ect.)
Any Deer under 50lbs $50.00 basic cut
$10.00 fee for anus or bladder
$25.00 for Cape
Ground Meat:
Plain No Extra Charge
Beef Added Extra $2.25 per lb. of fat used (not per lb of meat)
Seasoned Beef $5.00 per 5 lbs of meat

This new business is dedicated to our hero in the woods and in life. Our uncle Charlie Carr "The Great White Hunter"
He is responsible for every minute we have ever had in the pleasure of being in the woods. He took me hunting when all I did was make noise or fall asleep and he put a bow in my hand for the first time. For many years we spent opening day, morning breakfast with him as a ritual and it will never be the same.
He taught true ethical hunting and displayed the upstanding character of what it means to respect the sport, the woods and the animals we have all come to love and he lived his life that way as well.
We miss you dearly.

Every time a deer is brought in that person will fill out a free ticket and at the end of the season we will draw three tickets:
First drawn wins $200 cash
Second drawn wins $300 cash
Last ticket drawn wins $500 cash
Our skilled team has over 75 years of combined butchering and Deer processing experience which ensures precise cutting and processing of deer meat, delivering premium cuts for your enjoyment and giving you the most meat possible from your harvest (and only) your harvest. We will never combine meat from someone elses deer!
